• All orders are subject to acceptance by Blue Ember. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in pricing, product description, or inventory.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of order using a valid credit/debit card, PayPal, or other approved payment methods.
• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. International shipping may be available upon request and subject to additional fees and customs regulations.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.
• Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party carriers unless the product arrives visibly damaged, in which case please contact us within 48 hours.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return Policy:

• You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
• Opened or used products may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion, subject to inspection.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Defective or Damaged Products:

6. Warranty

All Blue Ember Store come with a limited 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Consumable parts (e.g., filters, seals, batteries).
• Damage caused by power surges, water damage, or use with non-Blue Ember accessories.
